# Business Development Specialist (BizDev)

## Your Role and Responsibilities

* Integrate new partners into the product.
* Expand partner segments: Research and enter new markets to find and attract new partnership relationships.
* Retain and develop relationships with partners: Work on retaining existing partners and developing these relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
* Analyze and validate hypotheses: Verify and confirm strategies to increase the number and quality of partnership connections.
* Market monitoring and analytical activities: Keep track of current trends, competitors' actions, their products, and strategies.

## We're Looking For

* Experience: At least 3 years in a BizDev position in IT, must have in web3, blockchain and crypto. 
* Language skills: Proficiency in English at a C1-C2 level. Marketing background: Ability to work with analytical tools, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and market segments.
* Market understanding: Knowledge of the current situation in the cryptocurrency market and a broad network of professional contacts.
* Additional skills: Experience with affiliate programs will be considered a significant advantage. Network in web3.
